I've decided I like Sundays. A whole week out of rescue!
Goods things in my first week - two new laps to sit in, bonios, interesting walks, a nice garden, a rubber bone, a tennis ball with a rope on the end, a new internet friend called Royce and best of all the wonderful smell of roast chicken currently wafting from the oven, I've got to figure out a way to get my paws on it before they eat it all.
Tricky situations - the bed problem (still no luck), the humans insisting on toys being returned to their feet (very undignified) surely it's more fun chasing round the garden with them in your mouth?
All in all I think I've land squarely on four paws, of course the girls at the centre did their best to make me feel at home but you can't beat your own sofa.
Got to rush now I think the chickens nearly ready.

Charlie - you look really good on the screen. Hope you are having more luck training the servants - They'll be glad to get to France for a rest!!
My husband Davey enjoyed seeing the cute little black pooch I have been raving on about.
Hope you enjoy your holiday with Hazel's mum - Ol' Di Ross
Hey Charlie-Boy!
How's it going? No postings on the blog for a week???? You wouldn't guess what my lady did to me today. We went on an away day drive out to Brixham to visit. If you've ever been there, you would know that there are these steps that go up for ever and ever. Comes as a mighty shock to the system after living in a bungalow!
Having a long lay down down now and chilling out. So, what's been new for you lately?
Roycie
Hi Roycie
I've been staying with my typist's Mum and Dad!!
Not too difficult to train, - I pulled the old 'can't possibly eat the stuff in my dish trick' and it worked like a charm - Mum felt sorry for me and I had my paws on some chicken before long.
The humans have been to France to rebuild the roof on their barn. I couldn't go because I haven't had my rabies jab yet. The pictures are scarey, I don't know what they thought they were doing climbing so high. I'm going to have to start them on an intensive chill out programme they seem to specialise in biting off more than they can chew!!
Anyway they bought me back a new ball which I have been amusing them by catching in mid air in a rather clever and flashy manner. I'm finding them quite easy to amuse and I hope to sneak a few more treats before long.
